Cabilens is an AI-powered content analysis platform that provides automated evaluation and recommendations for digital content. The Service uses artificial intelligence agents to analyze content across multiple dimensions including SEO, readability, engagement, and more. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Subscription and Payments

- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added where applicable
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
6. Credits System
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI analysis consumes a certain number of credits depending on the agent used. Credits are included with your subscription plan and additional credits can be purchased separately. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified in your plan.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cabilens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. AI-Generated Content
The analysis and recommendations provided by our AI agents are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying and validating any recommendations before implementation.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cabilens, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
